Most Growth Accelerator projects take 8-12 weeks from kickoff to delivery. The timeline depends on the complexity of systems you need and how quickly we can get access to your tools and processes. We'll give you a detailed timeline during the Discovery phase.
What if I need changes after the systems are built?
We include optimization and support after delivery. Minor tweaks and adjustments are part of the process. If you need major changes or additional systems later, we can discuss extending the engagement or starting a new project.
Do you work with my existing tools or require new ones?
We work with your existing tech stack whenever possible. If we identify gaps or recommend better tools, we'll discuss it with you first. Our goal is to build systems that integrate with what you already use, not force you to switch everything.
What happens if my team doesn't adopt the new systems?
We include team training as part of the implementation. We also document everything clearly and provide ongoing support. Adoption is usually smooth because we build systems that make work easier, not harder. If issues come up, we help troubleshoot.
